A somewhat odd Vs thread..

Ok let's say that Kakashi is a Jinchuriki. He hosts the Kyuubi, so he has unlimited stamina and chakra(well almost). That means he has like 100x tries with Kamui, and he can use all 1,000 jutsus in one battle. He also can break free from genjutsu easily aswell.

Vs.

Itachi, and he is the host for the Gobi(Five-Tails). So he also has a huge chakra reserve, but not close as much as Kakashi. Itachi has MS also, with all it's powers.

Ill go with kakashi as usually its his chakra that brings him down. What would have been a better thread would have been kakashi 9 tails jinchuriki and cant go tailed beast mode vs a health itachi

If kakashi can do kamui 100 times then probably him because susanoo defenses mean jack against kamui.

But even if kakashi had kyuubi amounts of chakra he still wouldn't be able to use it 100 times because it not only drains his chakra but puts massive strain on his body, and he would go blind in that eye long before he used 100.

Kamui can be used almost infinetly.. He can warp away Susano'o with like three Kamui's.
