End of the War = Joint Village

We all know that the villages' armies have joined together to fight Tobi and his Moon's Eye Plan.

Here is an interesting statement made by Pain - "If you don't share someone's pain, you can never understand them. But just because you understand them doesn't mean you can come to an agreement."

The shinobi forces are undoubtedly sharing their pain with this war, and they have come to understand one other by fighting and working together. That would only leave 'come to an agreement' which will be no problem considering they are on the same side. My question is, the Kages have proven to work well together, is there a possibility of uniting and making one joint shinobi village?

Yeah there should be only one village but then the lower countries must be destroyed or isolated form the rest of the Great villages so that there is little to no conflict in the ninja world
I hope naruto is the one leading them and he has a council (konoha 11) so that everyone in the village is represented (theory they will be a valley of the end like statue of naruto and sasuke making the sign/seal of reconciliation) unlike the 1st and madara's seal of confrontation :izuna:

There's too much land to control from one central point. Even if the village decide to form an alliance, the villages will remain.

Yea with Naruto as leader to achieve true peace. Then be like Skyrim with the Imperials (Joint Village) vs Stormcloaks (all the other villlages) LOL
