I can't believe I'm actually doing this(making a thread with itachi and kakashi in it), but anyways.

Restrictions: no sharingan
(also itachi has no yata mirror, or sword of totsuka)

Well he has some good lightning based jutsus.

not sure bout this, the only move he didn't copy w. sharingan was raikiri, right? and he can't see 4 s**t while useing it so i think raikiri is outta the question :/

lol well i posted on the other one so i will say the same thing on this thread kakashi he was a joninn before he had sharingan and itachi got to his level from his sharingan but it would still be a sick fight

Forces Itachi to battle a lightning Release Clone and thus numb him and kill him with a Raikiri. Kakashi wins and with his nose, he'll know if Itachi is using clones so that's out.

but seriously, sharingan completed raikiri so don't count on it

Kakashi has a high chance of losing because his main jutsu that is Chidori needs sharingan to be casted perfectly.

i`ll give u summons, but rasengan was from him watching naruto do it, and i think 1st gate was from guy &/or lee, so idk, im still saying itachi might win

actually he was taught rasengan by minato, but when he tried to infuse it with lightning, he failed, so he tried the next best thing, chidori.
