Yeh 1st Hokage is tought I don't know where he stands because I have never seen him fight (same with Izuna). I wan't to see what counters he has for Tsukuyomi/Amaterasu since they are two really big problems. Especially against someone who could keep spamming it like Sasuke.

Oh, so you picked on who has better battle techniques.. Then why isn't Bee and Kakuzu in your list they were both obviously battle hardened mostly Kakuzu, whom only fell because of his partners idiocy.

Kakuzu is in 8th place just out of the Akatsuki, he doesn't cut top 10 characters. The Manga hints towards him being defeated by BM Choji. Bee would bee 12/13th place joint with Minato and Hiruzen (from hype), or just after them. Shisui should be around there aswell from hype.

It was said that he fought and beaten many strong ninja's such as Hashirama (1st Hokage) and managed to survie, Gold and Silver Brothers, Kakashi Hatake nearly killed if not of his 1 hell of a dumb ass partner, Asuma Sarutobi killed alongside with Hidan, Chiriki an elite ninja, and many more that we don't know since we barely knew anything about him.

All I know is that Kakuzu kills people for a living.

Why put someone were barely know about in the bottom of the scoreboard? you just answered your own question. Anyway, we know enough of his techniques to rank him and he doesn't make top 10. He might make top 20. What does knowing about Orochimaru have to do with being strong? Itachi defeated Oro in seconds. Itachi defeated Kakashi in seconds. Kakuzu didn't. He is one of the oldest in the Akatsuki but he is not one of the best. He is at no.8 out of the Akatsuki for me. He doesn't make the top 10 or top 15 strongest characters.
