Why does not every ninja have a KG?

I mean it's in the blood? Even if you mix two clans(each clan with a KG) it will result the kids will have two KG's?

It's all about just to controll them. I think that all ninja has a bloodline limit, but only the most skilled one can use it.

No. That is restricted two one bloodline. In the narutoverse there are several.

Saying none would be special is not quite true, since it requires skills to activate the KG.

He used the Rasengan which is a wind element isn't it? Also if skill is needed to activate a Kekkei Genkai then Guy and all the Kages as well as the Sannin should have been able to activate it.

Rasengan isn't wind element. It is pure chakra manipulation. Rasenshuriken is wind element though.

Well, Tsunade doesen't even know any element, or atleast have not shown any. Jiraiya does not need KG, he is strong enough with SM. Same goes with Oro, who has Edo Tensei.

As i've said. Tsunade has not even shown any elemental ninjutsu, so my guess is that she can't use a KG at all. Orochimaru knows wind only, not enough to creat a KG either. Jirayia might have had a KG, but since SM>KG(well most of them anyway) he didn't show them in his battle with Pein.

Tsunade was a kage. Hashirama, wood. Tobirama i guess only knew suiton at theh time he died, but was the best suiton user ever so.. Sarutobi is maybe the big questionmark here.. Minato didn't use elemental jutsus at all..

I'm not just talking about the Hokages either, I'm talking about all the Kages. Or even all the Akatsuki they had lots of skills and were power hungry so why were they not able to use a Kekkei Genkai? Kakuzu had several elements.

Kakuzu didn't know the elements? He used other peoples hearts to use elemental jutsu, that's a whole other thing. Pein had Rinnegan, Itachi had Sharingan, Oro as i just said, Deidara had explosion(wind + earth), Hidan(no elemental jutsu), Konan(no elemental jutsu, although i would say her paper technique would be classified as KG), Zetsu(prolly knows Wood release), Kisame(one element user), (Sasori, Magnet release).

Why is it different, if I'm not mistaken the heart pumps blood into the body therefor he should have several bloodines.
