Characters to recieve more exposure during the second half of the war.

Obviously the main characters Kabutomaru, Sasuke, Itachi, Kage's, Naruto, Guy, Kakashi, Tobi will all recieve more of the limelight as this war progresses. They are who most of us are all desperate to see in action and to discover how their individual battle's progress.

However, my question is will any of the other characters recieve an important role during the second half of the war?

Say for instance, if the popular theory that Might Guy may open the 8th gate and unfortunately meet his end. Would there be a possibility for Rock Lee to recieve more air time as and when he learns of this? I think I've only noticed Lee in one window during the war, he was in the background with Might Guy at the start of the war, I actually only noticed the second time I read that particular issue. He has possibly featured in a couple of more windows, possibly after the point!

I also think that Shikamaru and his dad Shikaku Nara will recieve a relative amount of exposure as they aid with intelligence.

Does anyone else have an opinion on this or other characters who have the potential to feature.

I think that team 8 needs some exposure during the war they have not really seen any real development in shippuden except for when hinata took on pain - all they need is one new technique each and it would be fine

Would love to see Hinata overcome her lack of self-confidence and wreck some havok

Just to clarify, where was the mistake? As that is all it was, a mistake. We all make them

Agreed, Neji has been watered-down greatly. 'Tis a shame, he was so badass.

They really need to be seen alot more in the Anime/Manga.

Remember when 8 trigrams 64 palms was one of the most epic moves in Naruto? The lad was a beast, he was always one of the more powerful of the academy student. Being labelled a genius, now he's just a side character who doesn't really get much of a mention.

You never know he might get more limelight, we can only hope!

nar dont think so I think that hanzo is dead but all the others chiyo/ Kimimaro/ I think there was a third are still fighting the samurai
