Agree with everything except chouji being below shika, and Sakura being below hinata.

Yeah, I guess Choji could beat Shikamaru in his butterfly mode.
Now Sakura vs Hinata would be interesting..

The thing with Neji is..he's a side brancher with the skills of the main branch. I mean, there's a reason he was given leadership of the Hyuuga division in the war. I think Hinata's still too soft and naive..

Shino cause of his intelligence matched with his perfect utiliation of bugs both offensively and defensively. He's shown that he goes into battle with multiple game plans and tries to account for every scenerio as he did with Zaku...and his win over Kunkuro was sheer brilliance. That the only ones of the Konoha 11 that I beating him and his bugs are the 2 I have above him

As far as Choji so low; his only impressive moment in all the series was when he used the pills to power himself up to beat that Sound 4 ninja Jirobo which was ok but Jirobo was the weakest of the Sound 4

Choji's strength is just that, his raw physical strength but I don't see it as being enough to beat anyone other than Ino maybe Ten Ten. But Naruto would obviously destroy him. So would Neji. Shino's also got him beat as his bugs will suck him try before he even realizes he's surrounded. Rock Lee's taijutsu is far superior and once the weights are removed Choji won't be able to follow Lee and to quote the legend Muhammad Ali "hands can't hit what your eyes can't see.."

Now Kiba might be a good match-up for Choji but Kiba has the numbers advantage with Akumaru; not Sakura tho who's super strength is comparable to that of Tsunade which is by far greater than Choji's strength

no its not just intelligence cause otherwise you're right bout Shika...but rather its about having the power, techniques and abilities to complement that intellence to capitalize otherwise its good for nothing...we've already seen this in both of Shikamaru's fights in Part 1 against much more powerful opponents Temari & Tayuya where he strategized a way to beat them both but had absolutely nothing to make it happen thus got beat in the end by both Temari and Tayuya...

Shino doesn't have that limitation. Like Neji he's got the power and ability to back up his intelligence, and having thhose bugs is an ammazing asset to have, especially for someone of his intelligence

kiba imp is one of the weakest characters in the village he only ever uses one tec and it is dumb well two and they are both lame he is only slightly over ino

but he has strength in other areas like tracking (he is one of konoha's best trackers). Also everyone spams the same technique, thats like saying shikamaru (shadows), Chouji (expansion), Shino (destruction bugs), Lee (kicks), NAruto (rasengan), neji (gentlefist) are dumb for spamming the same techniques. Everyone seems to have there base technique that all the rest are developed around. Unfortunately the only time we see kiba is in fillers so he hasn't got the development that other characters have in shippuden. The only time we have really seen him was against Tobi and he used fang-over-fang which is appropriate because it was his fastest jutsu (although he still missed ). Anyway here's my List
