Don't underestimate Gaara

1st of all all the kages are equally balanced in terms of raw destructive power.

A - Speed and strength
Onoki - Kekkei totta
Mei - 2 Kekkei genkai
gaara - unavoidable sand
tsunade - her feats are still anonymous to us.

but as far as who the best kage is goes? that title goes to onoki. why? because he's the most versatile kage and he is an astonishing team supporter.

the guy can carry islands, stop meteors, alter the weight of people and objects of any size, he can fly, he has a kekkei totta and he can turn people to stone.

all the other kage's level of diversity is no where near onoki's. even though he's not the strongest kage, he is the best.

I agree with this. The way you talk about the Raikage fighting the other Kages, it's as if they aren't fighting back. Sasuke rushed into the Raikage, allowing him to grab him for the Liger Bomb.

And Gaara's sand stopped BOTH the guillotine drop AND the Amaterasu.

AND Tsunade has the Heaven Kick of Pain, almost exactly the same as the Guillotine Drop.

I think Oonoki would pwn.

I really like this post, but what's with the "her feats are still anonymous to us" crap? She has insane strength and insane medical ninjutsu. Yeah, her actual fighting ability is still under wraps, but we know her abilities.

i think kishi is keeping her in the shadows because he may have something special in store for us with her.

This is some really big speculation here..I don't think that's really going to happen..The potential of Tsunade is already surprisingly high. What ninja can use medical jutsu at such a high level AND have fairly strong fighting capability?

Look at him dominate Sasuke, I don't care if he had 2 arms and he has 1 arm now, 1 Liger Bomb on Onoki or Gaara = Back and body broken in 2 halfs, 1 Lateral Bold of Pain on Onoki or Gaara = decapitation, 1 Guillotine Drop on Onoki or Gaara = skull shattered all over the place.

Also, GAARA didn't block Raikage's attack with his sand, that was Gaara's Sand + Amaterasu Inferno Release Flame Control + Incomplete version 1 Susanoo.

4th Raikage = Strongest, agree or disagree?

wrong on the middle part. the Raikage was going to do a drop kick when Gaara's sand stopped him. Sasuke was staring at the raikage as he was about to get drop kicked and hiding in his incomplete Sasunoo with his blaze release surrounding Sasunoo. The Raikage is fast andd powerful but a sea of sand be a challenge for him and any ninja ( unless you have water jutsus)

I would ahve to say I agree that he's the most powerful and strongest of the current kages...I wouldn't say easily but he clearly is based soley on what we've seen thus far

It's funny tho, before he was killed by Orochimaru, which wasn't even that long ago, maybe 3 yrs, Hiruzen Sarutobi was recognized as the greatest of the kages living at the time...and surely A was the 4th Raikage 3 yrs ago...says alot about Hiruzen I would say given what we're seeing of A

I like Onoki, very powerful Kage. Feel he may be the fall guy in this battle due to his age.

It's a recurring theme in Naruto. New generation replaces old. Old shinobi is either inspired to follow their way or they change their way of thinking like Lady Chiyo for example.

That's my penny's worth on that matter.
