Yesh. If Sakura doesn't get a powerup she may really be useless. However, the series is ending soon and Naruto and Sasuke are in the spotlight. If a third series comes up, she should get it

Sakura is not smart enough to learn Itachi's genjutsu. Sakura should learn from kurenai.

I say that because I think Kurenai's genjutsu is stupid, if a tree pops out of nowhere and imprisons you, are you going to think that is reality or genjutsu?

With Itachi's genjutsus, you never know you are in it until it is too late, or unless he wants you to.

True but I am pretty sure Itachi knows kurenai doesn't have it, and Sakura definitely doesn't have it.

She can barely do ninjutsu, she is like a stronger but much slower version of Lee. I think that in all the manga she has only done one jutsu.
