I gave you a +rep too its a good theory,and as i think mostly factual...i am sick of hearing tobi is...obito,izuna whatever they say.
Tobi is tobi,a creation of the true Madara to Replace him on his "temporary death(possible resurection with gedo mazo)"A zetsu 2.0 sharingan,wood release & rinnegan included...
created to be powerfull but not as much as the original(madara may have added some of his memories and will)

(exept for the rinnegan thing... he got that from nagato... even if he did give it to him, or so he says.)
PS: I got this other theory on that maybe if u implant a sharingan in a senju or a uzumaki u get rinnegan (i mean, madara only got his rinnegan after having hashirama's cells right?... maybe u need both sides of the sage's genes to get the ultimate dojutsu)

he isnt hiding the right side (wich obito got crushed)... he's hiding the left

plus, obito's soul was seen crossing over to the other side when kakashi was killed by the Deva Pain, remember? He and Rin were waiting for Kakashi, as well as his father.
