it will be likely if he turns to fight kabuto or tobi coz he are seeking him for .. the infinite tsukuyomi..there sure is a good chance he can turn against them .and that is the only chance where they will forgive sasuke !!!

even the raikages were trying to get the ninetails and the hyuuga eyes didnt they allow them to participate in the war ..past cannot be changed so its more likely they will forgive him too...

A crime is very different from acts of war, there was no war during Sasuke's murders so he cannot return to Konoha, if he does... Naruto will dissapoint many fans.. good thing it's free.

but im hoping he fights madara or tobi before going all out against naruto ..that battles gonna be epic... that time hopefully no one will interfere and help naruto..
