Shino is a sneaky bastard so I would say while choji and shino talk before the fight. He already has bugs on him eating away his chakra. Then when the fight starts chouji as a wtf face.

Even in Butterfly mode Shino's bugs will slowly leech away the chakra.

The sheer amount of chakra might take the bugs a good while but Shino is a very good strategist. He'd figure out a way to buy time
