You sir, are brave. The only one I might just call "crazy" on is Gaara, just maybee..but I guess the whole purpose of Naruto is to not underestimate your opponent right? I mean, who would've thought 5 12-year-old twerps would defeat 5 adult, jounin-rank, curse-marked, assasins?

Then again, I think A and Gaara are a bit far-fetched..Killer Bee has been under debate for a long time, I also believe Jiraiya as well..and as for the 2nd Mizukage..I forgot he even existed..what are his skills?

Note: I have not added any of these to my list. Just to clarify.

Don't throw insults around uselessly. Itachi agreed with the Akatsuki that they would leave the Leaf alone or he would go against them and out them to the world. Minato is great I agree, but I think the particular style that Itachi uses is a mis-match for Minato.

I don't want to over-rate Itachi, He can,like anyone else,be beaten. His biggest weakness,is his stamina. He can't last that long.
He is very experienced and has always thought & fought tactically and has never been beaten. The one fight he 'lost' was against his little brother and he let Sasuke win to awaken his MS and let the Uchiha clans legacy stay intact.
Naruto, unlike many other Anime shows, has a lot more to its fights. Each character has strengths and weaknesses and even the best in one field can be taken down by someone many would consider as weaker if they are the right person for the job.

Explaination only for Minato because its the thing that's making this thread go on

Minato's Speed is far Greater for MS...He had no troubles against Tobi whom he thought as Madara...now Minato was ready to go up against the Legend he thought Tobi was..plus believed that he could beat him...that is something.

But Itachi doesn't fight like Tobi...he is analytic but he has his Limitations...he can't use MS for a longer time...that includes Tsukuyomi...because it causes immediate Side-effects...Plus Minato's speed is far greater...Itachi's Amaterasu is deadly but Minato's speed and FTG are enough to handle that.

Now the Uchiha clansmen were alive at Minato's time...so he probably has an Idea,Experience even about how to fight someone with the Sharingan...And if the ninjas of other villages have that knowledge then the Kage of Leaf should know it like back of his hand.

Now the final stages of battle ie Itachi with the Susanoo...lets say that he Manages to stay in the battle against Minato for that Long...or say he starts the battle with it...Minato can analyse that shit...further if Oro recognized the Blade of Totsuka then Minato the Sealing-ACE would recognize it as well...so Minato can take necessary precautions...as for Yata Mirror he'll know what it does after throwing his ftg-kunais.

Now Danzo handled Sasuke's OFFENSIVE SUSANOO...Minato can deal with Itachi's DEFENSIVE SUSANOO by the aforementioned ways.

And will win after Itachi is too tired or he find his way to penetrate his Susano..and If Itachi gets Marked or anything then its all over...further he can and will summon the Toads for offensive backup against Susanoo while engaging Itachi..there are many ways in which Minato wins.

For Itachi to win he need to find a counters against FTG, RASENGAN, FTG LEVEL 2 + Rasengan, Plus he needs to keep Minato out of his range...which is the most difficult task [with Minato's speed that is] well not only for Itachi but for almost everyone.

We don't know much about Minato except FTG,RASENGAN, and his Sealing Prowess...we don't even know his Nature affinity...but A shinobi of his stature has to have no of Jutsus in his arsenal..even the 4th Raikage admitted that he was the Man who can NEVER BE SURPASSED.

Odds are against Itachi he will lose...further even Itachi who said that he can't beat Jiraya [Both of them will die] is not a fool to go up against Minato one-on-one..he is clever shinobi who knows that retreat is sometimes the wise course of action.

Damn, for having low stamina he has a lot. He was sick and he managed to pull of multiple genjutsus, amateraus and Susano all in one fight. But other than this, I agree. He does have weaknesses and he most surely can be beaten.

Minato will not and cannot defeat itachi without knowledge...
The only person who was proficent in fighting without eye contact was gai....Kakashi after getting the shit beat out of him in part 1 , learned the hard way not to look at an uchihas eyes

You can clearly see Minato looked at Tobi's eyes MANY times in their fight, thus he has no problem looking at sharingan

If that was Itachi and not Tobi, a tsukyomi would have ended it a long time ago,

But, I'd have to say that 1,3,6. Could beat with either no difficulty to little.

2,4,11. We don't really know their full power.

7,8,10. Could possibly beat him, but one of them might die as well.

5,9,12. Interesting, but this is a toss up, for any of these characters being possible of winning.

Deidara wouldn't get the chance to use c4.... a simple amateratsu is enough to end him, also he has no problem looking at sharingan eyes,sasuke got him in a genjutsu, he doesn't know itachi's tsukyomi will fk him up....

It looks like Sasukes Susanoo also has Yata mirror. Besides, Totsuuka has to pierce through something in order to seal it. I really doubt if it can pierce through another Susanoo. In battle between brothers, Itachi has only one advantage - his intelligence. Other than that, Sasuke just overpowers him.

Itachi has Sharingan which tells apart chakra, Itachi is also extremely more intelligent than Sasuke, Itachi has stronger Susanoo to defend him, Itachi has Tsukuyomi, Itachi has Sword of Totsuka.
