It obvious Tobi is taking about unsealing the fox from Naruto as He did to Naruto's mother, but He is in for a big surprise. Naruto's new seal can only be open by people who signed the Toad contracted and the last 2 people who signed that contracted was Jiraiya and Naruto, not Tobi.

Why didn´t he absorb the eight tails itself, it´s much bigger and i don´t think it would´ve noticed tobi touching a small part of it, bee is the real threat here, not naruto, he was getting smacked around and would´ve lost long ago had it not been for bee.

I think he personally was going to "kill" Naruto with Human Path. Then he was going to bring him back to life with Naraka Path in an area that was more to his advantage to rip Narutos' soul out. Like a hideout where there would be an immobilizing seal on Narutos' body so he couldn't move as he got the fox sucked out of him.

I thought of this too. I also remembered about Tobi stopping a sword (either Suigetsu's or Kisame's) with the same arm. I think that half of him has been altered in some way.

He has to be touching someone to be able to warp them.

He tried to do it to minato but minato was too fast, and he did it to Fuu and Torune. There is nothing else to it, he was going to warp Naruto into his hidden dimension.
