This was a quote by Tobi in the latest manga. What do you guys think he meant by this? Me, it just gives me more reason to believe Tobi is an experiment made from people over time, kinda like cell from DBZ [

Doubt this as well. Only because it took 3 days to exact a tailed beast with 10 Akakski (wrong spelling) members. Doubt he can do it in an instant

That was different though. That's when thee jinjurikki's (wrong spelling) seal is at it's weakest. N Naruto's should be pretty good!
