We pretty much assumed that after all is said and done that Sasuke would be the main "villain", but I still have my thoughts on Sasuke's roll after the main villains die..

I don't think he'll be a main antagonist, probably Kabuto (if not Tobi of course). Sasuke is more of a character in need of "salvation" or whatever not intended to be a main antagonist (imho)

saskue is like reverse vegeta ....let me explain vegeta was bad to start and goku won him over (sort of) saskue was good and turned bad so there is some good in him still.
also itachi thinks saskue can be saved so maybe he can but the only way i see saskue being able to return to the village is if he helps beat who ever is the main big bad (if it is not saskue)only time will tell

Ive said it before and I'll say it again. Sasuke is the next madara. I wouldn't be suprised if he "convinced" kabuto to raise the uchiha clan. With the trauma of getting killed they might all have a mangekyou sharringan now. So sasuke will get kabuto to raise them and then he will lead them into konoha.

lets look at the main event... the war... who was dastardly enough to start an entire war vs himself... tobi, every other villain is like a support toon to tobi's war in technicality.

vegeta was an OG, the amount of time and reasoning it took to actually get vegeta to "side" with the Z force for the sake of good was staggering, i mean the whole series just to finally admit that goku was better and proceed in getting his arse kiked by buu... sasuke is like a reverse vegeta because sasuke kinda sides with whoever he believes has more power than he does at that moment

I think Tobi and Madera are the main antagonists. They are obviously working together to accomplish "their plan". Sasuke is simply the character who is in need of saving from the dark. In my opinion he will help Naruto defeat Tobi and Madera in the end.

Good Idea, I believe Tobi is the Jubi,

In Japanese 10= To or Ju
Bi = Tails

Making Tobi= Jubi= 10 Tails...

Saskue taking control of the 10 tails = having control over tobi once he returns to original form?

I believe Sasuke will redeem himself... somehow xD

But him being the main antagonist would make NARUTO one hell of a story. It would be one of the few that show his entire rise to evil, with little flashbacks of his past.

Black Zetsu or Tobi at this point although the Kabuto and Madara combination might out last them I doubt it. I don't think Sasuke will end up a bad guy.
