What im thinking is if edo ninja's really have unlimited chakra he can more or less stay in susano like forever and spam tsukuyomi and amaterasu and yasaka magatama and his usual genjutsu.

Unlimited chakra is the deciding factor here i think, not to forget the totsuka sword

I don't think Edo Tensei bodies have unlimited chakra. (Even thought he split himself in half) Kabuto said it would take time for Muu to regain his full prowess. One half of infinity is infinity, so.....
Terrible explination, I know, but I do not beleive Edo Tensei zombies have unlimited chakra. They can't naturally die, and their bodies constantly regenerte, but they still have limited chakra.

It rips out your soul. If edo tensei summons the soul of the dead, if that soul has been ripped out that should be enough to stop the edo ninja.

Saying that although thats part of his soul removal technique, it acts as judgement meaning its more of an information gathering technique, therefore its kinda pointless in a fight unless you want to know something
