Anyway in the link you hsould us, tobi sideburns is hidden due to his mask, but in the link showed by the op, you can see that his mask has been damaged more :shrug:

Tobi's hair looks bushier in the Konan picture. If he has that hairstyle with those side burns then he needs to get a new barber U_U
