No, Gentle Fist is a Taijutsu style.

Wow, I never thought about it until now, but Neji has never used any form of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

He uses ninjutsu. His fighting style, Jyuuken, uses ninjutsu. His 64 Strikes, his Kaiten, Kusho, etc are all ninjutsu techniques.

Neji hasn't used genjutsu but it's always possible that he could. He's a genius after all so it's not like he couldn't learn how to use them. It's just the Hyuuga are close-combat specialists so they don't use genjutsu

You could ask the same thing about why Shikamaru never used anything beside shadow manipulation.. same thing with Sai, Chouji, Shino and plenty of others.

His specialty is Jyuuken and he only uses that.
