I was just thinking who is the actual owner of naruto base. ??

We get an account on base for free , and we no ads so i guess someone must be paying to keep site online 24x7 .....

ps: Is there any preminum membership on the base, and at what cost ...

Well i dont think the base has copyrights of kishi work and could distribute it freely to everyone ..

I'm not sure if these manga sites have the rights to it, but if it's like Crunchyroll, then you can consider it legal, since they would then have the rights.
