To make it fair you should have said Gai, Neji and Lee just take out Kiba and put a master in it

That's the thing. I want to see how people will respond to this team of regular side characters whose specialty is Taijutsu. Are people forgetting Lee can open the gates, Neji has Gentle Fist, Palm Rotation, Air Palm, and Kiba has that transformation with Akamaru? Plus the hideout isn't that big of a place. Just some food for thought.

The match would last longer then 10 seconds though, Kiba isn't even a taijutsu specialist, his ass isn't a helping factor. I could think of a better team to represent the taijutsu side.

What was set up was the best puppeteer team vs a slightly high level taijutsu team.

I agree, as it stands now with Kiba Neji and Lee, this is a no brainer, even if Gai is added in one place...however a different team altogether could prove more of a challenge for the puppeteers I believe.

I think it's a close one. Lee is fast and destructive when he opens the gates, Neji just has to spin right round, and Kiba goes on a Fang Over Fang rampage. Puppets will be gone in no time.

Yes obviously ninja like Gai and Tsunade would be a better team, I'm just trying to show how the side characters pwned in the original Naruto but now are completely forgotten by Kishi and the NB community.

Well the thing is one cut and it's all over for the puppet users. Kankuro and Chiyo can be taken out by the team, but Sasori and his 100 puppets are the deciding factor. Also without antidotes for the poisons it's a rather quick fight. I can think of a few people who may be able to avoid/counter the poisons, but it's none of them.

I don't see much of a problem with clearing the puppets for any of them (Lee's badassness, Neji's gentle fist, Kiba and Akamaru's F-over-F) however it's more about Sasori I believe (and a little bit of Chiyo).

Obviously not, but with all those puppets in each others' way I don't think they can dodge Lee's speed especially in Gates Mode. Neji can pretty much use Palm Rotation on wide scale to as defense and offense. Kiba transforms with Akamaru and goes on a Fang Over Fang rampage. The wooden puppets would get destroyed. That leaves the masters vulnerable to Taijutsu destruction. Sasori would be the deciding factor. If his poison hits them they're done.
