I dont get how Itachi is immortal :O and Madara, he died and didnt exactly live forever. Unless we really know who Tobi is, Madara cant be classed as immortal imo. The rest of your list are fine as they are immortal in some way or another.

Tobi:Tsunade sasuke he take the first hokage cell and use a jutsu to become an immortal
Orichimaru :He do alot of experiments and was able to transfer his soul to another being and use his cells to reform himself on another host(kabtuomaru)
Hidan:He said he an immortal
Kakuzu have multiple heart but i still donot why he consider to be immortal?

Orochimaru - he does all those body transfers.
Kakuzu - he had all those hearts.
Hidan - he's immortal, plain and simple. And his immortality is legit.
Madara - I don't think he is at all.
Tobi - no one knows who he is so really they can't say he is or isn't.
Itachi - I personally never pegged him as an immortal.
