It's also not 100% evident that the the 5 sec cooldown doesn't apply to Ultimate Nagato. So we can't base any valid judgements on that, however, we do know that the 5 sec cooldown applies to deva path, which is using Nagato's abilities. So we base our judgements on what we have.

There is a 5 sec cooldown on Shinra Tensei used by Ultimate Nagato, unless we can see otherwise in the manga (which we didn't).

Agreed, that is why Itachi would finish the fight before he reaches his limit. Since Nagato can't outspeed, outrun, shift out of reality (like Tobi), teleport or block Sword of Totsuka, he would lose.

People who don't agree that Itachi would defeat Nagato in 1v1 are anti-manga, sorry.

1. Sword of Totsuka (Seals what ever it stabs. If the manga doesn't state that Sword of Totsuka can't seal CT, then it means it will succeed in stopping CT).

Itachi is a skilled shinobi, what makes him so ridicoulesly strong is the combination of the Jata Mirror and Sword of Totsuki (Zetsu stated he is almost invincible because of that), If his Susanoo didn't have those legendary Items Nagato would EASILY win.

If he only had the Sword of Totsuka I would say it would be a draw or Nagato would win, but because he also has Yata Mirror to avoid killing blows makes Itachi win.

Ultimate Nagato > Six Paths of Pain mate, by a long shot. Ultimate Nagato was about to demolish Naruto with his new powers, while Naruto without his new powers won against Six Paths of Pain.

Agreed, Nagato had more power. However power alone doesn't decide the outcome of a battle.

Itachi was the stronger Shinobi because he had better speed, better tactics and the legendary Sword of Totsuka and Yata Mirrior, eventhough Nagato had more power thanks to the Rinnengan.

Not against Itachi. With six paths:
1. Nagato would know from the very start that one of his paths is affected by genjutsu, seeing how vision coming from it differs from other paths.
2. For Nagato controlling Pain is like controllig rc car, Tsukiyomi is useless.

Nagato alone would be more dangerous against Naruto, but Itachi is completely different shinobi with completely different set of skills. When we are talking about him, six paths would be far more usefull.

he used a shinra tensei mighty enough to push back an army of shadow clones and had to wait 5 seconds, if he replicates that he'll push back the whole Susanoo, giving him time to summon his bird and fly away and from there he can simply dodge while on the bird then drag Itachi out of Susanoo and missile him to oblivion.

Again, what makes you think Itachi will figure out that 5 second interval so fast? And like i said, after the first one Itachi would already be pretty far away from Nagato, for him to get close enough and use the sword again (which i doubt would happen because Itachi is not the type to spam) would take some time.
And there is no proof that the sword can seal Chibaku tenesi, if it could why didn't Itachi do it? !!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no "being" focused when you have shared vision and cover entire field. Itachi disabled the vision because he found a blind spot because he is the most skilled kunai thrower (that ever existed), mentioned by Kabuto shortly after Nagato dies.
