I have read about the Black Lightning Style but it is very underexplained it seems strong and if anyone has any info besides the black panther please tell.

Found its description

This technique creates a substantial amount of Black Lightning which takes the form of a panther-like creature that seems to emanate from the user's own body. It can be used to affect multiple victims at once by electrocuting them. Like various other Lightning Release techniques, the potency of this ability can be increased through the application of water.

Black panther can be used more times. Unknown rank level.

Sasuke's Kirin is S-Rank but is one time use (unless you have constant storm clouds then you can spam Kirin u_u)

Yeah, apparently Gorrilla Sandaime Raikage was supposed to have it but Kishi never showed it too us.

Because apparently we didn't know about lightning armor already so he just had to give it to the Gorrilla and show him doing one attack with his fingers the entire time....

yea its like a changed form so i was thinking they could if they showed it more later add like a black lightning chidori and stuff, change the form.

i think kirin will remain the top lightning style jutsu because they even said that kirin is stronger then any possible lightning chakra nature or whatever because
it uses acyual lightning

no he didnt that was the curse seal and black lightning users have a tattoo on there arm, one of the bodyguards for the lightning country kage in the kage five summit had it. and also black lightning isnt a lightning style, technically its a whole new style.

no ur def right i didnt mean it is the most effective lightning tech by farrrrr but it is the most powerful hands down if all the foctors to create it are met

You really need to quell your third raikage anger, it's so unnecessary.

Kirin isn't the best because of that reason.Sasuke needs to much preparation and help.People seem to forget that Itachi was using amaterasu which added to the heating of the atmosphere.I wonder exactly how would sasuke heat the atmosphere to the point where he could used kirin without another fire release user there to help him.

he would have to get training from the raikage's boddyguard, because i think it was originally made by the first raikage and i bet eventually the bodyguard will use it later in the manga or show

im pretty sure its not, from what ive seen you do need to have a lightning based chakra but i think thats it. Im hoping it will be able to be mixed into known moves to make them stronger. I also have a feeling it will be mixed into storm style because the bodyguard has storm style

well i hope sasuke figures it out im not a big sasuke fan but it would suite his new evil out look and with all narutos new rasengan forms sasuke might wanna think about upgrading his chidori
