Orochimaru vs A Tailed Beast

NB... I want your opinion on this...Do ya'll think that Orochimaru can stand toe-to-toe with a tailed beast?..Not a jinchuriki host, but a true tailed beast. We all know that the list of those who fought with a tailed beast is a short one..(If I forget a fight please remind me)...Here's the list as I know it...

Sage of Six Paths... Fought the Ten-Tails.

Hashirama Senju... Fought and possessed several tailed beast.

Minato Namikaze... Fought with the Nine-Tails.

Gold and Silver Brothers (Ginkaku and Kinkaku)... Fought with the Nine-Tails.

Third Raikage... Fought with the Eight-Tails.

So I am asking, with all the battles you've seen Oro in..Do ya'll think he could hang with a pure, tailed beast?..and even more so..could he win?..

note when i say 1-7 i dont mean he could beat them all just it would be close (like i think he could beat 1 tail) but ldk about the 7

Orochimaru is a nearly immortal beast with huge summonings. The way I see it he could stand is ground against each of them except Kyuubi, since it totally differs from the other Bijuu.

I say 1-3 for sure, 4-5 possibly. He has his own beast basically with the 8 branch technqiue and has a shut load of other summons. Also, his sword would have no problem cutting them.

Only those with the rinnegan or the body of the sage (excluding like A dad) can stand up to a bijuu.

He may beat 1 tail but thats it.

I agree with most of you. Oro could go toe to toe with a tailed beast but I'd include the 8 tails on my list as well. If the 9 is so much more powerful than the 8 tails then you have to remember that Oro already survived a 4 tails kyuubi TBB.
