Can Minato be trapped in a Genjutsu?

Hey there. I'm new here and this is my first thread. Can minato be trapped in a genjutsu? Why ask this question as you may wonder. Here is the reason.

**Looking back at the fight between Tobi and Minato, Tobi was unable to use his sharingan though he's a high level sharingan user. Why high level? Someone who can control the fox is consider to be a high level sharingan user or anyone from the Uchiha can do it.

Now, some may argue that the reason why he was unable to do it because he was controlling the fox. That reasoning is valid/invalid at the same time because Tobi was unable to use his sharingan during the time he penetrated the leaf. Please refer to chapter 501. Instead of using his sharingan to control Minato, he took baby naruto as a hostage? Why do that when you can control someone with ease? He was able to control mizukage, konan, the fox but he was unable to do that to Minato for an unknown reason. He failed twice already. Is there any other reason behind Tobi's failure to cast genjutsu on Minato? Please explain

Yeah ,minato can be trapped . However , those nin jutsu that involve eye contact or body contact will be drastically lest effective because of his speed. However , gen jutsu involving sound or whatever will do

Care to explain why? Does it mean that Tobi was not a good genjutsu user? How was he able to control the fox if he's not that good at genjutsu?

tobi never tried genjutsu now if it was itachi he would have died without stoping the ninetailed fox.

He was not trying to cast genjutsu on Minato even knowing the abilities of Minato. It resorted to a fight between them instead. That was not a clever move by someone proficient at genjutsu.

Anyone can be trapped in genjutsu if being hit.

The plot favoritism towards Minato saved him last time.

Thank you. This reference can bring more heated debates in the future I guess. I mean Minato vs genjutsu users. Chap.501 can be used as a reference why he may be able to dispel genjutsu while there is still no evidence showing he was trapped in a genjutsu.

Also it doesnt depend. Kurenai was able to catch itachi in a genjutsu, granted itachi noticed it quickly and mocked her, but still even itachi got caught in a genjutsu

I was thinking that maybe he has some sort of seals in his body. For genjutsu protection perhaps...I guess it's possible for someone like him.

and if he notices hes in genjutsu he can just use FTG, and get away from genjutsu range.
