I doubt kisame can aborb hşs shadows and even if he can shikamaru can use it from multiple directions so that half of them can catch him.
shadow technique isn't enough to defeat kisame however shikamaru can use anything to turn the tide

Bold: People seem to be able to break out of his shadow techniques if they a physically strong enough ( I think hidan actually said this in the anime at least). Kisame is crazy strong if he broke out of yamato's wood bindings so I dont think he would have much trouble with shika's shadows

hidan was able to break through because shikamaru's binding was weakened. (and if you remember it was shikamaru's plan to make hidan think that he run out of chakra).
but you are right in a way kinkaku broke through it but he was in 6 tailed kyuubi mode that's how it happened
and remember that shikamaru was able to hold both hidan and kakuzu at the same time holding kisame won't be a problem if he has enough chakra

Shino could do something with those bugs of him to kill Kisame from the inside or something.
Shikamaru, well if his shadows are able to bind Kisame he might have a chance, if not i doubt even the best strategy would work against him, the difference is just too big.
Neji? well if he is able to use his technique then he might just do it.

none. not in an 1v1 fight. maybe all of them at the same time, but only maybe.

chakra based attacks won't affect him... so:

- Shikamaru's shadow binding is useless (Samehada has it's own will, it can drain the chakra from the shadows easily)
- Choji's attacks won't do much damage either
- Ino's mind jutsu's could be useful
- Neji and Hinata could do minor damage, but their chakra would be gone too
- Kiba and Akamaru could do minor damage
- Shino with his bugs, maybe minor damage. however he controlls his bugs with chakra
- Lee and Ten Ten as they don't use much chakra could be good
- Sai... doubt he can do much. about the same as Shikamaru
- Sakura is the same as Hinata and Neji
- Naruto... just no... all of his attacks using too much chakra, he won't stand more than a few hit. you say sage mode chakra would destroy Samehada, but even if that's a living thing, that's a sword too... how can it affect a sword?

So in short in my opinion, the possible team to counter Kisame is:
- Shikamaru as a leader
- Ino as a support
- Ten Ten as a long range fighter
- Shino as a long range fighter
- Lee as the main attacker (close range)

The reason is simple. As Kisame drains his opponent's chakra, he can only be defeated by non chakra based attacks. However this team as it is now, not strong enough to beat him. He also has other jutsus aside from chakra draining.

you misunderstood something. Kisame doesn't drain chakra. that's Samehada. Kisame could also control how much chakra he wants from Samehada, so IF the sword turns into stone, Kisame just let it go and break the connection...

also if you read my post, Shino controling his bugs WITH chakra. how can he control them without chakra? and which one draining more chakra, Samehada (a full tail from Bee) or Shino's bugs?

and finally you think Kisame will fall for a cheap trick, like Sakura's poison? xd
