He can't even use it against Minato. Remeber that little element called "Wind"? Well, they say Minato has it. Plus, Minato can jut seal Sasuke, no contest.

anyone else noticed that when sasuke in the sh#t and it gets hevy he locks up and naruto had to setp in and save his six. Minato does the op and rush in to the middle of it.
this is basically a complete loss for sasuke, taking away the thing that makes a character basic is completely disadvantageous. take away lee's taijutsu, neji's byakugan, sakura;s strength, naruto's bijuu, and shino's bugs. you're left with a bunch of basic ass ninjas..i'm not even sure they're still ninja at that point. why not take ms from sasuke so at least hhe as a chance? this was sooo slated from the beginning lol.

it's not that he can use it normally, it's that he can't see counters without a sharingan because of the speed he's moving at. So he wouldn't be able to see any of Minato's counters because normal eyes cannot keep up at that pace.
I say Minato still wins. His base speed is much faster, plus from the battles we've been shown I think Minato is better at analyzing and finding a solution during a fight. This probably has to do with the experience Minato has over Sasuke.

DUDE, KIRIN IS NOT THAT EASY. Yes, it is powerful, but the amount of time it takes to prepare is insane. Not to mention that if Minato could use his space-time transfer seals to transport a blast from the Kyuubi, he could easily relocate Kirin.
And even without FTG, Minato is still at least as fast as Sasuke and without the Sharingan, Sasuke would have trouble keeping up with that speed. Keep in mind the Sharingan also probably helps him with the speed of his kenjutsu, so that would probably be slightly diminished.
And simply because Minato wasn't as good with barriers as Kushina doesn't mean he wasn't incredible. It just show that Kushina was better.

this^^ I wasn't even going call you a troll or fanboy when I read the Thread Title.......that is until I read your list...... and seeing as to how FTG isn't really an offensive jutsu you should have taken away Minato's Rasengan....but any case if you have to set up conditions for this match-up it shows us that even you don't believe Sasuke has a chance
Listen in no way shape or form am I some huge Minato fan but I do respect the character's power

Another Sasuke fanboys, guys. You seem to think that Minato's ability revolves only around ftg, because that's all kishi had shown us apart. Let's see, you say that Sasuke uses kirin and Minato's average speed loses. Minato's speed is in part with his reflexes. His speed is second to none, and come on man you start with kirin like sasuke is just going to use it first. And if Sasuke uses it Minato can just send it away with his space-time barrier.
second you say chidori can counter rasengan, true but in all rasengan is superior to chidori. How many times can sasuke use chidori and how many times can Minato use rasengan.
I won't lie to you Sasuke is fast, but he's not on Minato's level of natural speed. His speed is on part with his reflex. He dodge A's fastest attack, because of his reflex. Sasuke's reflexes is not as good without his sharingan. Kakashi surpasses him there. I don't have to say more just check this site, and I know you know of it already.

This guy is really saying that his seals won't affect Sasuke, man I'm sorry I think you just do not know much of sealing jutsu, it is the most versatile and one of the strongest in naruto. All of the Nine tails fell from them. And yet you saying that his sealing wouldn't affect Sasuke, man How old are you I think you're 14 or so. Seals Strong or weak if you're sealed you are screwed, it's like a genjutsu you can not escape. The only way to escape a sealing is to have Srong and plenty of chakras. He took out Tobi's control of the nine tails, in one touch. What makes you thing he couldn't seal sasuke's chakra. Sasuke can not win against sealing, no shinobis can't. And I think you know he has a lot more of sealing jutsu. I think you still don't know the true meaning of being sealed. It will affect every shinobis.
Sasuke is strong and I like him. I think he's overpowered, but he's one of my favorite still. But that's where we need to draw the lines. Minato taijutsu would outclass Sasuke's kenjutsu. Kishi intended to make him one of the most powerful, even without ftg, he still is dangerous. Sasuke without his sharingan power is just a jonin level, Minato without his ftg is still a kage level.
Don't condemned him one move and saying he's done for. You think hiruzen gave him the title because of that. Why didn't he give it to Kakashi's father and he was said to be as strong even stronger than the sannin. Dan kato was known for his spirit transformation jutsu, once he uses it he is unstoppable, why didn't he become hokage. You know why because you can not judge a ninja by one skills, but his overall, Minato was very strong, even stronger than Jiraiya without using ftg. Ftg just make him look unstoppable that's all, just like susanoo makes itachi and sasuke unstoppable. You know why he was chosen, because of his skills alone. His taijutsu, his intelligence, ninjutsu surpasses those of sasuke. The way the guys analyze someone's strong point and weak point by just seeing them once. His tactics, he will not attack without understanding one's power. The guy was a genius who created powerful techniques. Rasengan from watching a tailed beast bomb, and others, sasuke is a genius too, he created kirin, but he's till not on Minato's level. And all we learn from sasuke is he rushes towards the enemy like a brat and expect his sharingan to save him again. Without his sharingan to see movements sasuke would easily lose. Sasuke's smart, but not as minato and as experienced. All you're doing is downsizing his skills to make Sasuke look stronger. You're just a sasuke fanboy. Sasuke even with his sharingan would put up quite a fight, a very hard one indeed, but he would still lose. Kishi loved Sasuke the most, but he would never have him win against Minato. Minato is his second favorite character anyway expect him to be the strongest.
At the end all I can tell you is you need to re-watch and read about each character, so you might know not to troll

Minato's intelligence one of the sharpest, natural speed second to A, taijutsu excellent, reflex the best in narutoverse, tactics very strong.
Sasuke's intelligence average, speed above jonin level but not on part with minato, taijutsu excellent, reflex normal or none without sharingan, tactics the guy always rushes up front.
So in term who wins, it's easily Minato Sasuke is just another jonin in the battlefield. Not high level but low to mod level jonin.
