The only Sharingan ability Sasuke loses that he normally relies on is
precognition/reflex. but it's consequence is quite insignificant anyway
But it isn't to say that he still can't use Chidori. He can use it, but only in circumstances where he won't have to worry about a counter attack + he can still use other forms of it that don't require fast movement.
Sasuke is jounin level with kenjtusu + taijutsu alone. He took out jounin level with a single strike from his Kusanagi
His Shunshin won't be affected much, he outpaced Gaara's sand in both physical speed + reflex without using his Sharingan.
Minato's base speed isn't that far out. Sasuke would be capable of keeping up. in fact Sasuke's current physical speed and Minato's are probably more or less the same. in fact Sasuke has better + a larger number of speed feats.
He can still use fire style jutsu
He can use his Chidori Nagashi to defend from any attack
And can still stream his chakra into his Kusanagi sword to paralyze Minato + defend against his kunai.
And he can use Kirin.
The things some people have said. Sasuke tenten level? Sasuke loses in a second??
This battle can go either way, in fact I lean to Sasuke, he has more jutsu which are also more powerful
