Yeah Senju are descended from the Sage's youngest Son, so they have the Sages vitality and body. While the uchicha are descended from the eldest son so have the oscular power. So members of the Senju Clan in general have more chakra than those of the Uchiha.

Stamina to me is more what's used in Taijutsu. Spiritual is IMO chakra.

But then it means they have equal? Senju inheritated stamina=physical + chakra
