Oro wins this is he doesn't get greedy. Only reason he lost was due to him being at his weakest state and because he was to greedy and wanted a Sharingan. If sasuke goes into susanoo oro can just use his sword and pierce it. It has been shown that the bones can be damaged and oro's sword was said to be able to pierce anything except naruto's chakra cloak. If he's his by amterasu he can shed a new body. So all that's left is genjutsu and sasuke is average at most at gen. So oro has nothing much to worry about. Unless like I said he becomes greedy and tries to take over sasuke's body which then it will back fire on him.

Orochimaru is one of the 3 sannin, only reason he lost the first time was because he was incredibly weakened AND he wanted Sasuke alive to switch into his body. If orochimaru could do hand seals then he would kick ass

oro was weak that time, yes, but sasuke has gotten way stronger. for the shedding, all sasuke has to do is set his head on fire and he dies immediately, no coming back. also, oro's weakness seems to be genjutsu, thats how sasuke beat him last time, while his arent as strong as itachi's, they should have gotten a bit stronger because of mangekyou. so, maybe sasuke can win

That's true but the strain on sasuke's eyes is great when it comes to amterasu. Plus I don't think sauske could keep up with oro in his top speed. Oro can turn his legs into a snake's body helping him go much faster maybe even to a speed where sasuke can't pinpoint the location of oro's head.

Sasuke has gotten stronger too but his fighting style has change greatly. He seems more offensive now then a mixture of offense and strategy which affect him greatly. However the OP also didn't see how developed his susanoo was which affect the outcome. For he could have anywhere from ribs to a full susanoo we have only seen for one second. But I agree he does have a chance but it's more towards oro.
