Good theory but a couple of things:
1) Tobi is too old
2) where would he get shodai cells
3) Shisui couldn't b that confident to control the juubi even if he wanted too
4) 9 tail fox said that Tobi is Madara, and that ET madara is Madara.
5) Shisui would have no reason to take on such actions
6) Shisui does not know Space-time ninjutsu
7) Itachi of all ppl would know if Tobi is Shisui..they were very good friends. and on joining akatsuki, with his intellect he would know.
8) Shisui couldn't read the Uchiha stone (if it is there) to know anything about the So6p and his sons and the Juubi.

I think he meant that "We've seen obitos face". "It's old" was referring to tobi's face being old.

kabuto was refering to shinizu's eyes.
Also it couldn't be him because the rinnigan was possibility his to begin with and shinizu's eyes were in danzo (destroyed) and in itachi/naruto (destroyed)

I already expected someone to relate Tobi to Zetsu because there are so many things about Zetsu which is not known yet. Plus he's the only surviving Akatsuki member after Tobi himself and so far not showing his true history. Which means he definitely gonna play important role in the manga later.

Naruto 565 - Who is Tobi? The Truth about Madara

Keep in Mind this Material is not mine i came across a video on youtube about this theory or possibly spoilers,i got this information from a youtube video its the same name as the -title-, i decided to share and post this information because i thought it was a good theory that made sense.

Finally revealed, forget all those other theories. There are no tricks here, it was revealed on thursday by a bunch of Japanese fans (I live there) who work at the same station. You will find this 6 chapters from now.

WARNING SPOILER: By reading this you will know all about Madara and Tobi in the next chapters of Naruto.

This was confirmed and leaked in Japan right after this Thursday's Manga Chapter.

The same people who predicted months ago that the last coffin was madara have leaked who tobi is.

Japanese fans have gotten information that Tobi is in fact Madara:

Madara had planned the moons eye plan long before he fought with harishama. However to execute that plan or to even be able to control all the bijuus, he had to get close to the power of the sage. In order to do that, Madara had to somehow be able to obtain harishama's power , before battling with harishama madara created a copy of himself or extracted himself based on the body of zetsu to execute his plan in case the fight with harishama to get his powers (a certain portion of his body) would fail. Which in fact, he was able to obtain that power, but died right after the battle. However he handed to Tobi what he needed from Harishama and Tobi used that to create what was hidden under the base of akatsuki, a living copy of Harishama which he showed to Kabuto.

Tobi was tasked with reviving Madara by using somebody who could develop the rinnengan, this was in fact: Nagato.

Tobi found Nagato and was able to awaken his rinnegan by using his parent's death or some other method as he said to Konnan "I gave Nagato the rinnegan".

However, Nagato was changed to Naruto and used edo tensei to revive all the people he had killed in Naruto's village instead of reviving Madara who when revived replied "So He finally did it? nagato has grown back".

This has been leaked right after the coffin was revealed to Madara, in which the same people in japan predicted it was Madara.

The only OTHER possibility would be that tobi is currently using Kagami's body for the moment.

So Tobi is just a copy of Madara, hardcore fans realized this already, but this video is for the newbs out there.

The obito theory is nonsense, since tobi is too old to be obito as compared to kakashi's age.

1. we honestly don't know how old tobi is, and we dont know how old shuisi is, he could have been minto's age when itachi was a boy.
if people are saying tobi is old just because of the bags under his eyes thats just silly
2. my best guess is shuisi found madara when he was a shell of his former self, which would also explain why you see tobi with two different hair cut's and different masks, im sure kishi wont just say its due to a hair cut. if thats true madara had his cells
3. why wouldn't he be confident he was easily one of the strongest ninja to ever live, he could control any single person and them not know, with power like that he has to believe he can control thejuubi
4. when did the fox say that?
5. shuisi had anyone he ever came in contact with more then likely want his eyes for power, danzou took one. im sure he wants the fighting to stop and peace happen
6. who knows what he has learned over the years, we know that taking your bros ms gives you ems, we dont know what taking a random uchiha's eyes and implanting as many as you can into one single uchiha can do, who says this hasn't happened
7. shuisi could easliy have put itachi under a genjutsu in which he would have him not notice he is tobi (okay idk about this one lol)
8. thatgoes back to say shuisi trained under madara and he told him

Lame story & very simple, don't force your outlook when kishi is the type to.change the story mid way through. The conclusion is the same but kishi can change the story that less up too that at any moment.

yes he was refering to shuisi's eyes, but is it jut by chance that madara and kabuto say "his" highlighted in bold, shuishi is brought up wayyyy to much in the manga, and just because he said it was his doesn't meant anything he said that when he was going around saying he is madara, which was a lie, tobi seems to lie alot, he seems also to be an amazing manipulator by getting everyone in akatsuki to work for him, hmmmm shuisi was also an amazing manipulator, idk im just saying

when considering possibilities on who tobi could be, shisui was always at the top to me, for these reasons mostly:

1. I think it's strange that he wanted to give his eyes away and then just die.

2. We know nothing about him other than that letter he wrote, but can we say we know his character and even his true motives based off just this? I don't think so, who knows how he was really thinking,

3. the mizukage said that it may be a connection between danzo using shisui's eye to control mifune, and the one used to control yagura.

4. when did itachi meet shisui? we know that shisui was in anbu, those three that itachi beat up said that itachi's words and actions started getting strange within half a year of joining anbu.

5. how the heck did tobi know about itachi if itachi or none of the elders including danzo tell him? was it just a guess? I doubt it, he gave too much detail. it doesn't make sense for someone who wasn't part of the village to know about itachi's sacrifice.
