Everytime i dwell into the story of who tobi is i keep on thinking that it is Izuna. I dont know if this information is correct but i think izuna willfully gave madara his eyes and they were just brothers trying to get powerfuller? And i think tobi and madar are on the same side in the manga right now? Again im not sure if its true havnt been reading the manga lately. But i think it would make sense if tobi was Izuna. Its not Obito cuz we've his face and its old and that means that its not obito becuz hes kakashis age and hes not that old. I dont understand how people think its a clone, I dont understand what they mean as "clone" like a shadow clone thing? Or something like that can someone explain to me about that? Anyway i think they would make a good team. Madara and Izuna would be the best explaination for me

Its not space ninjutsu...it's space-time ninjutsu. if was just space travel i think kishi woul've said so.

Really interesting.. When Kabuto and Madara say HIS, the word is highlighted in BOLD in the manga. So yeah, kishi is definitely trying to let us know a bit about who tobi is and what his plan is.

they mean it's a zetsu clone, since zetsu is able to make nearly perfect clones, they think madara poured some of his spirit or something inside a zetsu clone, thus a fake madara, or "clone".

p.s. I'm not saying it's impossible

it would destroy the story. and time travel or not, his soul can't be present twice in the impure world, therefore he is not madara.

it could be a different universe like in dbz with trunks

I think he meant that "We've seen obitos face". "It's old" was referring to tobi's face being old.

well, if I'm understanding this right, your thinking it could be shisui?! that would be a huuuge mindfu*k. the only thing I still would have questions about in your theory (which is very good I might add, if I understand correctly) is the age. How could he be soo old looking? I thought shisui was rather young, atleast kakashi's age.

Itachi was referencing Shusui when he said a nameless shinobi.
Shu sacrificed himself for the greater good aka he was the nameless shnobi/ the true shinobi

We saw part of tobis face with the bags. Im just saying that is cant be obito because obito is kakshis' age and hes not that old. Obito wouldnt have bags under his eyes if he was kakashis age

first off i hve to say im sorry that i can't post the links or the images in my post because i am new to nb and haven't had enough posts yet, so if you will just go to the chapters and pages i have implied that would be great lol

chapter 550 page 10

if you notice in the bottom left panel what does itachi say?
he mentions a nameless shinobi, i think kishi is forshadowng there.
now the newest chapter just so happens to state that tobi is noone but a name less shinobi?
everything points to him. he has taken his whole ideal of self sacrifice to a whole new level. just like most villians in the series he believes that he is some how making the world better.
kabuto could never find his body or his dna.
in another chapter when kabuto mentions how he could obtain dna from the eye danzo destroyed then he could bring back shuisi tobi replies dont push your luck.
i personally think that kishi wouldn't just mention that for no reason.

Sorry, I'm trying really hard to understand what you meant by all of what you said, but from what I understood I came up with this....

Chapter 550 pge 10:

Here Itachi most likely means that some one who sacrifices himself for peace, doing it secretly or at a time when no one is there to see it and is not looking for fame is a true shinobi. A "Nameless Shinobi" because no one was there to see who it was and that's how history would record it.

Chapter 550 page 9:

Here Kabuto is referring to Shisui, because he also mentions the Genjutsu that was used to break out of Edo Tensei

Chapter 560 page 2:

I think here he is referring to Tobi

Anyways as far as I can tell, I don't think any of these pages give a hint to who Tobi is
