1.The 10 tail is a 'beast' not a man.
2. The 10 tails chakra was divided into 9 different tailed beasts by the Sage.
3. In the Naruto world, the Juubi's body is the moon, becuz of the Chibaku Tensei used by the Sage.
4. If the moon is the body, and the other bijjus have its chakra, then how is Tobi=10 tails?

4. Because you assume that it can't manifest itself in another form. Simply because all the other tailed beasts take their form its because they are not strong enough to make themselves into any form they want.
1. Who says the "beast" has to take form in the shape of a beast? cant it have any form it wants, especially with the powers it supposedly holds.

Why would the Juubi want to cast an infinite tsukiomi? The beast wanted mass destruction, not world peace through universal genjutsu.
About the 4th point, lol really? A simple genin can do a transformation jutsu, zetsus can take the form of others, whats to stop a tailed beast? Answer: they don't want/need to hide in the shape of a man, their primary urge is for destruction, intimidation like the Kyuubi.
And also, the demonic Ten Tails was the stuff of legend. Why would it claim to be 'nobody'...?
Open the spoiler above, see the bolded, the Op says Tobi is just chakra from the Juubi, but if the chakra was already sealed then this is impossible. The only option is that some portion was left over that became a manifestation of Tobi, is that what you're trying to say? The problem then is:

He used his technique and copied Madaras appearance but because unlike the other clones he had free will he disobeyed Madaras orders and he put his own plan in motion.The real Madara ordered him to give Nagato the rinengan (i don't know how he did that) because he wanted pain to resurrect him with his technique after he died.

so it looks like tablet might be on to something...if you read antihero's forum about the 3rd eye, manga 398, on of the last couple of pages showing the uchicha with madara, it looks like there is a eye on his forehead, thats gotta be foreshadowing something.

I knew you were going to prepare a counterargument. And I like the points you are trying to make. But we are making theorys here, we are trying to think outside the box. Hell, in another thread someone said that Tobi is going back and forth through time.

its a very interesting idea...i dont believe tobi is any of the uchiha we already have threaded ovr 100's of times...i def believe tobi is truly something like this...just cant quite pinpoint what. great job!

Thank you for not being stubborn like sooo many people here.
And you're right, that we need to think outside the box and consider all options, but sometimes kishi just tries to keep making us second guess ourselves to keep the story interesting. In my opinion, we might have thought a little too far out here but who knows, right?
I'm tempted to make a giant Tobi identity thread evaluating all options, and this adds more lol.

Same goes to you. plus rep. I believe Kishi is going to come up with a plot twist bigger than all the Lost episodes combined haha. And go for the thread. Maybe you might find out that compiling a bunch of information together leads to questions being answered.

On these forums and others i've seen about 10 different options for who Tobi may be, including this one. Most options include an uchiha and hint at a possible zetsu connection in unravelling the mystery.For me, i don't give those things as much importance as 'how does Tobi have space time?' 'how does he know so much about the history of the uchiha and of the SO6P?' ' what was his connection to real Madara and who was the original mastermind, Madara or Nagato?' etc.
