He got his ass kicked like a man, he got his ass saved by tobi, he didn't succed in beating a single one, even if zetsu han't ruined the surprise attack do you really think he could have just walked into the room and killed all of them in one spot, zestu really saved his ass by spilting the kages up for him, had he run into them all at once they would have killed him like a small dog.

But that's not the point. The point is he had the guts to go against them in the first place, something even Orochimaru wouldn't have been stupid enough to do. If Sasuke had the balls to attack the Kage Summit, then it's reasonable to assume he'd have the balls to attack Konoha alone
