true but idk, this guy has alot of war knowledge. we will have to see. im sure he has some sort of taijutsu

not taijutsu dude only did the s/t nj and we can't say who he really is for all we know he knows wut he knows because maybe at one point tobi met madara and madara told tobi his plans and everything he knows so its why tobi went my madara​
