Are you ill in the head? Do you really think Ukitake is the only one behind this plot? All of Soul Society is behind it. The purpose of the badge was for
Soul Society to track him, not just Ukitake. Rukia, along with others were spying on him. Ichigo even heard Rukia's voice from the badge during his Fullbring training.

Anyways, I think Ichigo will stay with Soul Society for now. Ichigo isn't the type to switch sides out of sheer anger. He'll want answers and explanations first.

And this isn't some sort of evil conspiracy by Soul Society either. Isshin even knew which means it's something important. Urahara even said Ichigo would have found out sooner or later so it's not like they were trying [hard] to hide it from him.
For example, maybe it has something to do with Ichigo's bloodline. Ginjo began this arc by asking questions about Isshin, remember?
Isshin looked anxious to help Ichigo. Also, after Urahara says Ichigo would have eventually found out, Isshin has a definite facial expression:
