I got skyrim the first night it came out and played a straight 22 hours, i came up from my basement and did not know what day it was... definately get it, such a good investment for the scale of the game and just how good it is.

I got the game last friday and as of right now I have accrued 80 hours on it. 80, in one week's time I played the equivalent of two work weeks, while still going to classes and actual work. Sleep was not necessary because Skyrim is so awesome.

The best games out there don't even need multiplayer

I'ma 26 Dark Elf and its the most addicting game you can find, and one of the best. Besides some obvious glitches, the game is a masterpiece and in the top 3 for Game of the year. (along with Batman and Uncharted)

I'm level 50 though, I've spent so much time playing it, it is insane. 80 hours in 7 days, in addition to school and work. I literally did nothing else.

Yeah my issues aren't with glitches, it is with the actual gameplay. And they are minor grievances anyway like the Draugr and stuff like that.
