Totally agree, Raikage moves at lightning speed and couldn't make a hole in Tobi's mask whereas, Minato hit him with complete Rasengan, totally owned....

Naruto is the current fastest and A the 2nd fastest, other than these two no one can be compared at speed of this level...

when itachi was sick people saw him teleporting when he moved a 30 foot distance

and btw he wasn't actually teleporting he was just moving then standing but they never saw the moving part
