Nagato: Absorbing Ninjutsu, Sealing your soul with one touch of the gedo statue, can push and pull things at his will, guard himself, so, basically he has it all Attacks, Defense, and weapons.

J-man + Hiruzen: Amazing sealing abilities, many many jutsu's (almost all of them) Amazing team put together, and also J-man starts off with Sage Mode. Hiruzen is also very experienced we can infer he knows about the Rinnegan eye and knows some techs. about it.

J-man lost to Pain (Pain is weaker then Nagato in this battle because Pains could get destroyed easily one by one) And Pain wasn't even going all out of J-man. J-man was strong and so is Hiruzen but what would they do about this?

This statue thing can seal anything is touches remember that. So, if J-man or Hiruzen make like a mistake or so then it's game over.

Long story short, considering rinnegan is the next step after ems, and the sharingans ability to see through genjutsu thus enabling the user to break it easily, Nagato shouldn't have a problem with genjutsu, but that toad sound genjutsu ma and pa has will prove deadly, but the thing about that is they have to spend a while tuning their voices,that time is crucial

I never said that.I said Nagato vs jiraiya would have been a fair fight but Hiruzen + jiraiya vs nagato is ridiculous.

hmm, i don't think they have an answer for chibaku tensei, however hiruzen has a means to cut off nagato's shared vision like itachi did, with his shuriken bunshin jutsu. the frogs have the ability to do that dust cloud thing to cloud the rinnegan's vision (sarutobi also has that ash cloud like asuma i assume), plus jiraiya can sense people in sm... and it's two vs one and they have good teamwork so breaking the rinnegan link plus jiraiya attacking with chou rasengan should win them this.
