In the shinobi world no one give's a rats if your not at full health or not, it is what is is. most importantly kishi drew him 100% clean of injuries going in the battle, not only that gave him 2 chapter to heal which was like a week since tobi said he's been out a while, and him looking in to the sun set crying, another thing him siting on the nine tails bones so guess what he was plenty healthy. again don't use itachi battle's as an excuse cause itachi wasn't even trying your just making lord sasuke name like trash.

If they did not had a mission by Tobi the atmosphere of the battle will be different.Sasuke would use amaterasu from the start and finish killerbee early ;Jugo may turn to his full killing mode etc

2 Sasuke was basically recovering form his wounds from orichimaru battles and also itachi battles.He had alot of strain in the battle eventhough he fought well

This prove he was not fighting at his best

IF sasuke was fully rested he would have give a better battle or even beat him early in the battle

@Bold: You just lied, Kirabi never say's that Sasuke is the Strongest ninja he fought since the Raikage.. don't twist words around. He say's he is the only one able to deflect (dodge) his attack in 8-tails mode.

Sasuke Got owned in the fight, their isn't much else to it. even if they wanted to kill him, the outcome would have been the same. a Ninja never starts with his best attack without knowing the opponents weakness, so Sasuke would never use Amaterasu at the start of a fight.

Edit: Also Kirin is basically a Senso Bean in DBZ. Sasuke is revived to basically full health

True, although, we can't be certain that an octopus is fast on land, it may only reign supreme in the sea.
Bee is a bad match up for Sasuke for the simple reason that he is an perfect host, who is immune (can break them) to genjutsu. The only way I can see Sasuke win is if his 4th ems jutsu is something crazy, or bee gets sloppy and gets hit with a flaming arrow.

kirin restores chakra, not the body and fatigue, he was able to keep fighting because of his strong will

2) Even if sasuke didn't have any "wounds" he still would of gotten his ass kicked.
