First of Sasuke didnt "pawn" Oro. He merely reversed his body transfer jutsu.
Secondly if Sasuke went to capture the Jinchuriki of the 2nd most powerful bijuu without being completely healed then he's a stupid shinobi who deserves to die.
Having said that he was still fit enough to use all his jutsus.

itachi did some damage to him, the way sasuke used up his chakra did some damage to him deeply, he needed a longer period of rest

Sasuke would've won if he used amaterasu from the start but he didn't have amaterasu earlier on, he awakened it in the middle of the fight.

Sasuke did well in that fight, bee was using 7 swords while sasuke was using just a sword yet he was still keeping up with bee... But still he lost to bee, if they were to have a re match then sasuke will win.

im sure sasuke is better than kisame , look how much damage sasuke can do with a sword,

cutting a wind element jutsu with a sword, in the battle with danzou

keeping up with bee that had all those swords.

battling diedara, he used it more than just to cut, he jumped off of the sword just to land a lightning technique . and to deactivate a mine that was in the ground with his sword and lightning

He didn't say go for the kill... Just fight him as if they was goin to which just means they held back. And that page proves that sasuke was still gonna, be able to fight because it wasn't even a fatal blow karin just closed the wounds.

So As for saves its 2-2 lariat vs. genjutsu & hachibi replacement jutsu vs. suigetsu demon fish
