Naruto Generations – More Team Minato Images:

Namco Bandai Games Japan has released seven new images of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations! Six of those feature Team Minato, while the seventh features the Mist ninja attacking Sasuke. Some of these, or actually, all of these look familiar to us and may have been featured in past scans or videos. However, this is the first time we’re seeing them in a larger resolution!

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations – 16 Character Arts:

Namco Bandai Games Japan has released 16 character arts from Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations! 12 of those are being uploaded here to Saiyan Island for the first time, while the other 4 were uploaded previously. It’s likely you’ve seen all of these character arts in past scans or in some other capacity, but here they are for your viewing pleasure in higher quality!
First are the arts that are new to Saiyan Island. They feature the 1st Hokage (Hashirama Senju), 2nd Hokage (Tobirama Senju), 3rd Tsuchikage (Onoki), 4th Hokage in his Jonin costume (Minato Namikaze), 5th Hokage (Tsunade), 5th Mizukage (Mei Terumi), Rock Ninja Akatsuchi and Kurotsuchi, Mist Ninja Ao and Chojuro, and last, but not least Naruto Uzumaki and Young Kakashi Hatake!

Naruto Generations – The 3 Focuses, New Tournament Battle:

According to Yahoo! Japan via Namco Bandai the focus of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is three fold. We at Saiyan Island are extremely excited for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations, but we won’t speculate on this one! We’re simply providing you the facts as we understand it from Yahoo’s report.
The first focus of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is to expand the character roster to a size never before seen in a Naruto game. This includes having new, never before seen characters in the Storm series, but also upgrading existing characters to keep the experience fresh and competitive.
The second is online. There is the traditional ranked battle similar to Storm 2, but also a tournament battle that a player can create and host. Online will have additional new elements added to it, which will be revealed at a later time.
Lastly, the story mode of the game will be featured from the perspective of different characters and will be told through original animation from Studio Pierrot. Yahoo! Japan mentions Namco Bandai’s next update will talk in more detail about this.
Focus one (characters) and three (story mode) have been talked about before, while focus two (online) is something new. Well, we know there were going to be enhancements to online, but “tournament battle” sounds very interesting! We hope to have more information on this as soon as it breaks!

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations lets players select young and Shippuden age characters in the same game. While these screenshots don’t show little Shikamaru fighting his older self, you can set up those battles. Namco Bandai shared screenshots of Naruto and some of his Konoha classmates. This isn’t a full character list. Kakashi and Hinata’s team is notably left out.
