I'm pretty sure that Amateur Videos aren't illegal, its most likely copyright content that will get taken down.

actually according to philip de franco "a famus youtuber" if you make a vlog and there is copyrighted music playing in the background "maybe your sister is listening to it" that video is considered illegal

its only if the site is American, We in America or US won't have those sites or access to them if they aren't made in America I think.

You can just buy the anime on ebay...
