First of all. There is so many things wrong.
1st being that A cursed seal is a part of ninjutsu. Specifically Juinjutsu, or sealing. But it is a move that uses chakra, and therefore NOT ALLOWED by your own standards for the battle. Second, if you had it at the beginning, it has to be posted, you can't say halfway in "Oh yeah, and at the beginning I had my curse seal, so I am really fast"
