BUT those who dont have chakra cant be put in a genjutsu.

Genjutsu is when you take control of a person's chakra, Genjutsu techniques manipulate the flow of chakra in the victim's brain, thus causing a disruption in their senses, if a Person doesn't have Chakra, then They can't be put in a Genjutsu.

There is no variation of tsukyomi strength?......Trust me when i say itachi did not hit sasuke with a full blown tsukyomi....Just like he spared kakashi's lfe by not hitting him a full blown tsukyomi....Itachi can control everything in that world, so yes there is variants of its strength

Im not denying that he broke it. Ive my reasosn for saying it wasnt a potent tsukuyomi though or even tsukuyomi at all

it would appear that the genjutsu doesnt kill you, but if it cant be broken ur vulnerable to attack.
tho i reckon anyone with sufficient skill in breaking genjutsu and enuf chakra could do it. the hachibi did it, and any skilled byakugan user could probably do it too.
the fasct is, sharingan genjutsu is powerful but not all-powerful, just like everything else.

Please don't count Itachi sparing his life, and only hitting him with 3 days, "Surviving".......He could very well had made it 100 days.....In that world he's god , He had no need in killing kakashi so he didn't do it
And it does kill you....Itachi's is a op 1 hit k0 ,
