Can a uchiha control the ninetail or just only madara

Tobi control the ninetail against minato and we donot know his identity yet
Madara control the ninetail
Sasuke suppress the ninetail at orichimaru base

but can you actually claim it as an mangekyou sharingan

it looked more like 3 tomoe that weren't fully shown than a mangekyou sharigan.

Also tobi has not shown any mangekyou abilities so he probably doesn't have one.


anyway It only seems that if you have a great control of your sharingan and can manipulate hate then you can control that beast similar to what tobi said to naruto.Also if you take in considration the sharigan seems as a yin dojutsu because of the genjutsu so with great mastery of yin release then they can control the beast.
