Uchiha need to gain part of Senjuu power in order to get Rinnegan, there is no other way. Thata why older son of Rikodou didnt have Rinnegan even though he inherited his father "eyes". He just lacked body power which was inherited by younger son.

ahh u really stubborn .Most of the story line show that the uchiha clan was wipe out by itachi and madara. Tobi control the ninetail with his sharringan during the battle against minato when naruto was born. We donot know if tobi could be izuna or some random uchiha

Earlier in manga it was said that Senju power (body) + Uchiha power (eyes) = power of the six paths. Im only making quite simple conlusion basing on what was said in manga. You, on the other hand dont even know what was writen on that stone.

Power of the six paths consist of two pieces. Uchiha surely is able to gain it, but only by collecting the other piece. Who knows, maybe that was writen on that stone?
