Madara EMS doujutsu is an copy kekki genki

I think Madara have the ability to copy kekki genki from his oppoent.During that battle with the first hokage i believe he copy his wood release with his ems doujutsu instead of taking his DNA
If Madara take the 1 hokage dna ,how come tobi never use wood release in any of his battle against naruto,kakashi,kiba and other and also danzo guards and sasuke when he was fighting dediara?
I also feel edo madara will not fight all out against the kages as yet because he want to see the 5 kages ability and maybe he will copy those abilities.Madara complement Mei for her lava release and also raikage lightning attack.Madara was in defensive mode most of the battle and did not fight with full power even though he have wood release,EMS,Rennigan in his arsenal.(I fine that weird)
Madara with his brother is an experience ninja won alot of wars and help to develop konoha .Why the hell he will use an incomplete susano against raikages and mei ?
I believe he want the kages to display their abilities so he will extract them or copy them

it is said that madara fought hashirama thousands of times before they truced and established konoha, so why didnt he copy the 1sts jutsu before making konoha? he could have become easily hokage by killing the 1st with his own techs.
and how could he lose to the 1st, if he had his jutsus?

i think kabuto put the 1st dna in madara, cos madara failed to do it himself. he has the 1sts face on his brest ( thats why he looked on his brest) and then performed wood release.

Madara can use Wood Release because he gained a "Portion" of Hashirama's DNA during the battle, just like Danzo had it, and he was able to use it.

Kabuto plainly said Madara got Hashi's dna after his fight and Madara agreed. Stop trying to spin facts around lol.
