Question about curse seal

Curse is a chakra boost that make the user reach his best performance and make u transform?
I wander since sasuke got itachi chakra and power he will get a tranformation like his curse seal but a mature form?

i mean the curse seal give it user chakra boost which help them to transform .
But for EMS sasuke have itachi chakra and abilities he will get an another boost like the curse seal and will be able to transform again

arrgh i trying to say that itachi chakra boost is similar to curse seal and there can be an possible that it will make sasuke transform.Curse seal give chakra boost in a similar way to EMS

Itachi Seal isn't a chakra boost. It was a seal to transfer the powers of his MS to Sasuke or as fail-safe to keep Tobi from getting close to Sasuke. Sasuke is using his hatred to full his powers to grow stronger. EMS is just an evolved form of the MS to erase the effects of MS, which is going blind. EMS powers and how it functions is still a mystery however.
